Chef Brandon, the new chef and owner of Bonfire in Downtown Amherst, brings more than two decades of restaurant experience shaped by his time at renowned establishments such as The Biltmore Estates and Good Food on Montford in Charlotte. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he has honed expertise in fine dining, wood-fired cooking, and locally sourced ingredients. After years leading award-winning kitchens, Brandon looks forward to growing Bonfire as a chef-driven, Amherst-centered restaurant that continues to bring people together through great food.
